The error message " Code: H890 " is displayed when a timetable enquiry yields no suitable connections. This can happen if you select too few transport modes. When doing a timetable enquiry the local transport modes (no ICE, EC, IC, IR) are selected by default. Please check, when doing a timetable enquiry, which mode of transport you have selected. This behavior occurs when apps are installed on your phone that use the NFC feature. In order for smart cards not to be read by mistake, please deactivate the NFC function of the RMV-App. This is possible via „More" > „Settings" > „NFC funktion". Please deactivate the option „I want to use my NFC phone to read ad update my eTicket RheinMain."
